Involved with Information Technology (IT) since 1980 with experience as a Computer Operator, Repair Technician, Computer Programmer, Network Engineer, Network Manager, IT Manager, and IT Service Delivery Manager. Well rounded experience in DOD, Federal, City, and private industry computer practices with strong foundations in Capability Maturity Model (CMM) practices and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) implementation. A unique manager who controls multiple projects while still maintaining technical skills through continued personal experience managing a private network of Unix and MS Windows servers and workstations providing domain name, web, file sharing, print sharing, and other unique services. A proven leader who implements strong controls for Configuration Management to ensure exceptional service delivery in all areas under my control.
